MANET Pune offers B.Tech. degree course in Marine Engineering and B.Sc. degree course in Nautical Science. It also offers B.Tech Lateral entry admission to the candidates. 

• Candidates applying for B.Tech and B.Sc courses have to fill and submit the form the official website of the institute and send it to the MANET.
• To apply for the B.Tech and B. Sc. degree course, candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with 60% marks in aggregate.
• Candidates must have at least 50% marks in English either in Class X or Class XII.
• Candidates applying for B.Sc. course in Nautical Science course must have 6/6 vision in both eyes without spectacles and should not be colour blind.
• Admission to B.Tech and B.Sc. is done on the basis of MANET CET, merit in the qualifying examination and medical test. 
• For B.Tech Lateral Entry, candidates must pass in Diploma in relevant discipline with an aggregate of 55% marks. 
• Admission to B.Tech Lateral entry will be done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination followed by medical test.

MANET Pune B.Tech And B.Sc Admission 2022

Maharashtra Academy of Naval Education and Training, Pune offers B.Tech degree in Marine Engineering and B.Sc in Nautical Science at the undergraduate level. 

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics(PCM) and; at least 50% marks in English either in Class X or Class XII to be eligible to apply.

It is mandatory for the candidates to have a valid passport while takin admission into the program. 

Selection is done on the basis of MANET CET (PERA) ot IMU CET scores.

PERA CET is a 2 hour test with multiple-choice Questions covering Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, General Knowledge and English grammar. For final selection, performance in 10+2 examination, medical test taken by Medical Practitioner and Personal Interview shall be considered. 

MANET Pune Lateral Entry B.Tech Admission 2022

The institute also offers lateral entry in the second year of B.Tech Marine Engineering. Candidates must have passed a 3-year Diploma Course in Mechanical/ Marine/ Electrical/ Electronics with minimum aggregate marks of 55%. Students must have also completed Degree/ Diploma with at least 50% marks in English either in Class X or Class XII. 

Selection is done on the basis of Merit in the qualifying examination. Candidates who will qualify will be called for the interview followed by the medical test at MANET campus.

Note: All selected candidates will have to undergo the medical examination for certifying conformation with the medical requirements laid down by the Institute.
