CAT 2025 Notification will be released in July 2025. The exam is likely to be conducted by IIM Kozhikode.
The CAT 2025 exam is scheduled for November 30, 2025, in three sessions. The CAT score is accepted for admission to 21 IIMs and various other MBA colleges in India. Conducted by one of the top six IIMs on a rotational basis, CAT 2025 is likely to be administered by IIM Kozhikode. The official notification will be released in July, 2025. Registration for CAT 2025 will begin in the first week of August 2025 and continue until the First week of September 2025.
Given its high difficulty level, thorough preparation for the CAT is essential. Aspirants should begin preparing for CAT 2025 at least nine months in advance, with many likely having already started.

CAT Application Correction:
The CAT 2025 application correction window will be open for 3-4 days in September 2025. During this period, candidates can make changes to their test city preference, photograph, and signature in their already filled application forms. However, corrections to other fields, such as personal details or academic information, are not permitted through this window and require contacting the CAT help desk.

CAT Eligibility Criteria 2025
The detailed CAT eligibility is given here:
Age Criteria:
There will be no age restriction for taking the CAT examination.
Qualification Criteria:
Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have a bachelor’s or its equivalent degree.
Minimum Marks: Pass the above exam with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% marks for SC/ST/PwD/DA categories).
Appearing candidates of the final year of Bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination can also apply.
Candidates, those possess an equivalent examination recognized by the MHRD, Government of India (including AMICE of the Institution of Civil Engineers (India) as an equivalent qualification) can also apply.
Candidates having a professional degree (CA/CS/ICWA/FCAI) with the required percentage are also eligible.
Should Hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have secured a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. The students belonging to any of the reserved categories like Scheduled Tribe (ST), Scheduled Caste (SC), and Persons with Disability (PWD) or Differently Abled (DA) category must have at least 45% marks.
The degree has to be awarded by any of the Universities included by an act of the central or a state legislature in India, or any other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or are declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or hold an equivalent qualification recognized by the MHRD, India.
Candidates who are in the final year of their Bachelor's degree or equivalent examination, as well as those who have completed their degree but are awaiting results, are eligible to apply. Such candidates can join the course on a provisional basis if they meet the qualifications. They must provide a certificate from their university or institution's principal or registrar.
The candidate can appear for CAT any number of times in a lifetime.
