Eligibility

Those who have finished off with the higher secondary or some equal course can apply for the entrance test with subjects such as PCB (with Physics, Chemistry and Biology)
Candidate needs to have excellent flow over English
As far as male candidates are a concern, those who have born on 1-10-1987 and after 1-10-1987 can apply for the test
As far as reserved category candidates are a concern, there is age relaxation. Those who have born on 1-10-1982 and after 1-10-1982 can apply for the test
Those who are chosen for IIT JEE examination cannot participate in a separate Entrance test
Candidates are required to have qualified JEE examination to apply in the MERI for Mumbai, T.S Chanakya (Mumbai), and MERI (Kolkata)

MERI 2022 Exam Pattern

The information related to the paper pattern is listed below for the applicant’s reference:

The entrance exam will be conducted in two different languages – Hindi & English
The applicant will be able to select the language at the time of filling the application form.
The entrance exam question paper will have multiple sections such as MCQ type questions, reasoning, analytical along test comprehension.
The entrance exams will be a combination of two tests.
The applicants will get 3 hours to solve the paper for each test.
There will be no negative marking concept for this entrance exam
