ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad conducts ICFAI Law School Admission Test (ILSAT) in order to offer admission to candidates in undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate level law courses offered by ICFAI Law School.

ICFAI Law School of IFHE, Hyderabad offers a total of four law courses to students as mentioned in the table below:

ILSAT 2022 Important Dates

The dates for ILSAT exam events are as mentioned in the table below: 

It may be noted that candidates appearing for CLAT/ LSAT India 2022 will be exempted from giving the ILSAT exam for UG law courses. Admission of such candidates will be done on the basis of their CLAT/ LSAT India score followed by a personal interview round.

ILSAT 2022 Process

Step 1: Apply for ILSAT Exam

For ILSAT 2022 registrations, candidates can fill the application form in the online or offline mode.

For online registrations, candidates need to visit the official website of IFHE, Hyderabad and fill the ILSAT application form there. Candidates can also submit the ILSAT application fee in the online mode (credit card/ debit card/ net banking).

Alternatively, candidates can also download the ILSAT 2022 application form from the IFHE website.

Note: Candidates appearing for CLAT 2022 must mention their score, rank, and application number on the ILSAT application form, informs the official website.

Step 2: Download ILSAT Admit Card

Once successfully registered, candidates need to download their ILSAT 2022 admit card from the official website of IFHE, Hyderabad.

It is mandatory for candidates to bring the admit card to the ILSAT exam centre. Candidates not carrying their ILSAT admit card to the exam centre will not be allowed to appear for the test, informs the official website.

Step 3: Appear for ILSAT

Next, candidates need to appear for ILSAT 2022 at the exam centre specified on the admit card. ILSAT is an aptitude test conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) format for LLB course admissions and paper-pencil format for LLM course admissions.

Also, it may be noted that candidates who are appearing for CLAT exam do not need to appear for ILSAT exam. Admission of such candidates will be done on the basis of their CLAT score followed by a personal interview round.

Step 4: Check ILSAT Results

Once the law entrance exam is conducted, IFHE will declare ILSAT 2022 result on its official website. ILSAT exam result will contain the names of candidates shortlisted for the next round.

Step 4: Appear for Personal Interview Round

Candidates passing the law entrance exam then need to appear for the personal interview round. Candidates clearing the personal interview round are provided admission in LLB and LLM courses offered at IFHE University, Hyderabad.
