The FTII JET is a national level entrance exam is directed yearly for competitors who need to take admissions in postgraduate and post-graduate certificate courses. A Joint Entrance Test (JET) is directed by the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune and Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute (SRFTI), Kolkata to shortlist possibility for admission offered by the two establishments. There are two wings under FTII. Film Wing and Television wing. For the 2023/22 scholastic year, the Joint Entrance Test (JET) has been effectively conducted and students will currently anticipate for the JET outcomes which will be discharged in the third seven day stretch of May, 2023.
The Film wing offers courses, for example, direction and screenplay, composing, altering, acting, cinematography, include movie screenplay composing, sound planning and recording and craftsmanship bearing and creation structure. The Television wing offers courses, for example, headings, electronic cinematography, sound recording and TV designing and video altering.

Eligibility Criteria
Here, its mentioned the eligibility criteria for PG diploma and PG certificate courses. Appearing candidates are also eligible to apply in FTII JET 2023.

| Art Direction & Production Design | Candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree in applied arts, architecture, painting, sculpture, interior design or related fields in fine arts or equivalent diploma in any of the above mentioned courses. |
The FTII JET 2023 Syllabus will consist of various topics which are as follow:
In Film Wing, question paper will be divided into two sections as Section A and B. In Section A, candidates will be asked questions from General Aptitude Test in which there will questions related to Architecture, Art, etc. and questions related to Cinema.
Section B, candidates will be asked questions from Specific Area Aptitude Test in which there will be long descriptive questions & short notes type questions.
In Television Wing, question paper will be divided into three sections as Section A, B, and C. Section A will consist of General Aptitude Test, in which questions will be related to General Awareness & Television, Digital Media & Electronics.
Section B will comprise of long descriptive type questions and Section C will consists of Special Area Aptitude Test.
