JNU MCA 2023 - The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) offers admission to Master in Computer Applications (MCA) through JNU MCA entrance exam. The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the entrance examination under the name of Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Examination (JNUEE). JNU MCA registration will commence at jnuexams.nta.nic.in tentatively in the first week of March. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria of JNU MCA 2023 before filling the application. The result of JNUEE 2023 will be released in online mode. The authorities will prepare a merit list of JNU MCA 2023 on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance test. Those shortlisted on the basis of merit list will be eligible for JNU MCA counselling 2023. 

What is JNU MCA Entrance Exam 2023 (JNUEE)?

Jawaharlal Nehru University is an educational institute situated in Delhi which offers numerous courses, one of which is a Masters in Computer Applications (MCA). Admissions to the MCA programme in the university are offered through JNUEE entrance exam conducted by NTA. It is an online exam.

JNU MCA Application Form 2023

As JNUEE for MCA is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA), the JNU MCA exam form is released in online mode on NTA website itself. The registrations for JNU MCA 2023 will start in the first week of March. Candidates will be required to fill the form,upload required documents and pay the requisite fee online.

Steps to fill JNU MCA 2023 application form

The following steps can be referred to fill the application form of JNU MCA 2023-

• Visit NTA website for JNUEE 2023 at jnuexams.nta.nic.in
• Click on JNUEE website to reach JNU MCA 2023 application form.
• Now click on ‘New Registration for JNUEE’.
• The first step requires candidates to provide basic details and then educational details.
• Now upload photograph and signature as per specifications.
• At last, pay the application fee as per your category.
• Don’t forget to download the confirmation page for JNUEE.

JNU MCA Admit Card 2023

The authorities will release the admit card of JNU MCA 2023 on the official website. Candidates will be able to download the JNU MCA admit card 2023 using their application number and password/ date of birth. JNU MCA 2023 admit card will contain details about the exam date, time and exam centre venue along with basic details of candidates.

JNU MCA 2023 Admit Card Download Steps

The following steps can be referred to download the admit card of JNUEE MCA 2023-

• Visit the official website- jnuexams.nta.nic.in.
• Now click on ‘Download JNUEE Admit Card 2023’.
• Enter your JNUEE MCA application number along with password or date of birth.
• The JNU MCA 2023 admit card shall appear on screen.
• Click on download and take 2-3 prints for future reference.

JNU MCA 2023 Answer Key

NTA will release the JNU MCA answer key in online mode. JNU MCA answer key 2023 will contain the correct answers of all the questions asked in the exam. It should be noted that the authorities will first release the provisional answer key of JNU MCA 2023. Candidates will be able to raise objections against specific responses mentioned in the provisional JNU MCA answer key during a specified period. This will be followed by release of final JNU MCA answer key and the result. It may be noted that the final JNU MCA 2023 answer key will not be subject to objections.

JNU MCA Result 2023

NTA will declare the result of JNU MCA 2023 in online mode. Candidates will be able to access their JNU MCA 2023 result by entering application number and password/ date of birth. JNU MCA result 2023 will include marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam and the status of having passed or not.

JNU MCA 2023 Merit List

The authorities will prepare a merit list of JNU MCA 2023 on the basis marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance test. JNU MCA merit list 2023 will contain the names of candidates next to their JNUEE roll numbers. The merit list will reflect marks obtained by aspirants in the JNU MCA entrance exam and the corresponding rank. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of JNU MCA 2023 merit list will be eligible for counselling process at the campus for JNU MCA admission 2023.

JNU MCA Counselling 2023

The counselling process for JNU MCA admission 2023 will be conducted by the officials of Jawaharlal Nehru University. During JNU MCA counselling 2023, candidates will be required to fill a form for blocking a seat. Then the eligible candidates who fulfill all requisites will get JNU MCA admission 2023.

JNU MCA Counselling- Documents Required

Documents required at the time of JNU MCA 2023 counselling are as follows:

• JNU MCA Enrolment Form
• Recent passport size photographs (5 copies)
• Character Certificate from last attended Institute
• Two sets of self-attested copies of certificate of 10+2 or equivalent examination showing the age/date of birth of the candidate.
• Two sets of self-attested copies of statement of marks obtained by the candidate along with the passing certificate of Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree examination or their equivalent.
• For SC/ST Candidates: Two attested copies of SC/ ST Certificate in the prescribed format in support of their claim for admission against the reserved quota.
  (Candidate should bring original caste/ category certificate at the time of admission/ registration)
• For PwD Candidates: Two copies of Disability Certificate in the prescribed format issued by a competent medical authority indicating the nature and extent (including percentage) of Physical Disability in support.
• OBC Candidates: Two copies of OBC Certificate in the prescribed format. Candidates should bring original caste/ category certificate at the time of admission/ registration.
