Application Fee

The application fee that has to be paid by all the candidates is RS. 1200

Mode of Payment

Application fee can be paid via online mode through “Integrated Payment Gateway” with the help of any Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking.

How to Fill JKCET 2023 Application form 

To fill and submit the application form of JKCET 2023, follow the mentioned below steps:

  1. Step1- Ready all the documents like scanned copy of images of photograph and signature, marksheet of class 12 and 10, caste certificate etc.
  2. Step 2- Visit and click on the JKCET application form 2020 link
  3. Step 3- Get register by filling the requisite details like name, date of birth, qualifying examination and marks etc. Once registered, application number will be generated.
  4. Step 4- Log-in with the help of application number, date of birth and verification code display on the screen. Make the payment of Rs 800 as the application fees through online mode.
  5. Step 5- Once the payment is done, upload the scanned images of signature, photograph and thumb impression in the prescribed format.
  6. Step 6- In case candidates have committed the error, click on the ‘edit application’ tab and make the necessary changes.
  7. Step 7 – Preview the application form and click on ‘submit application form’ tab. Checkmark/accept the declaration given at the button of this page prior to submitting the form.
  8. Step 8- Step 16 – LOGOUT after the process
  9. Step 9- Take the printout of provisional confirmation page and keep it carefully till the admission procedure gets is over.
  10. Step 10 – Once done with entire process, Logout

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates willing to appear in the exam this year must check JKCET eligibility criteria before filling the application form. If candidates do not fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed by the authority, the application form can be rejected at any stage.

  1. One must have completed the age of 17 years on or before December 31, 2019.
  2. Candidate must be a permanent citizen of Jammu and Kashmir.
  3. The applicant must have the domicile of Jammu and Kashmir.
  4. Candidates should have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with PCM and English.
  5. They should obtain a minimum of 50 % in their 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.
  6. Reserved candidates, must obtain 40 % in 10+2 or equivalent to be eligible.

Physical World and Measurement, Kinematics, Laws of Motion, Work, Energy and Power, Motion of system of particles and Rigid Body, Gravitation, Properties of Bulk Matter, Thermodynamics, Behaviour of Perfect Gas and Kinetic Theory, Oscillations and Waves, Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Magnetic Effects of Current and Magnetism, Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Currents, Electromagnetic Waves, Optics, Dual Nature of Matter and Radiation, Atoms and Nuclei, Electronic Devices, Communication Systems. 

Chemistry:

Chemical Equilibrium, Chemical Arithmetic & Atomic Structure, Solid State, Solutions, Electrochemistry, Chemical Kinetics, Surface Chemistry, General Principle and process of Isolation of Elements, P-Block Elements, d and f Block Elements, Coordination Compounds, Haloalkanes and Haloarenes, Alcohols, Phenols and Ethers, Aldehydes, Ketones and Carboxylic Acids, Organic Compounds Containing Nitrogen, Biomolecules, Polymers, Chemistry in Everyday Life, Solutions, Chemical Thermodynamics, Redox Reactions and Electrochemistry, Nomenclature and Basic concepts in Organic Chemistry, Chemistry of Representative Elements, Hydrocarbons.
