PROGRAM OBJECTIVE 

The objective of the Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Operations (PGDBO) program is to assemble a pool of banking experts in India, who can support the growing momentum of ICICI bank and assist it with accomplishing new degrees of benefit and client responsiveness.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM 

The PGDBO is a six month program with three months of full time class work, followed by three months of internship program. The program is extraordinary in in both its content as well as its methodology.

Chosen applicants, who are shortlisted for confirmation, are granted admission with placement assurance (subject to fulfillment of specific academic and non-academic criteria). . Before beginning temporary job, ICICI Bank will offer temporary arrangement letter to the candidate. Extra terms and conditions as indicated by ICICI Bank, will apply. Additional terms and conditions as specified by ICICI Bank, shall apply. Students also get to undergo paid Internship which helps substantially recover part-cost of the program even before the final diploma is awarded.
