B.A. Hons. History or Bachelor of Arts in Honours History is an undergraduate History language course. History is the study of past events, particularly in human affairs. B.A. Hons (History) students get knowledge about features of ancient, medieval and contemporary India. 10+2 in any stream with at least 50% marks or equivalent from a recognised Board.
Merit in qualifying examination, subject to eligibility criteria.
Some of the reputed institutes conduct entrance examination for admission to undergraduate degree courses. Selection to the degree course in these colleges is based on marks secured in the final merit i.e. total marks aggregated in the final exams of 10+2.
