EBC Scholarship 2020-21

PUBLISH DATE 15th January 2021

This scholarship is for the Economically Backward Class candidates who got admission for a professional course through the Centralized Admission Process for the academic year 2020-21. To know the EBC Scholarship 2019-20 check out the official website. To apply for the EBC Scholarship, the amount limit of annual income must be Rs.8,00,000. The EBC scholarship eligibility for open category is given below.

The applicants must link their aadhar card with their bank account.
According to Maharashtra Government Resolution, only the first two beneficiary children can apply for this scholarship.
The student should be from the Economically Backward Class and their Annual family income should not exceed Rs.8, 00,000
Only General Category Application is allowed.
It is only for DTE/DHE/DMER courses.
The candidate must not have applied for any other scholarship before.
Applicants are eligible only if they come through the Centralized Admission Process.

EBC Certificate Documents Required

The hard copy of the forms along with all the required documents are to be submitted at time of Admission. The required ebc form for open category documents are given below.

Copy of CAP admission Allotment Letter,
Copy Family Income Certificate of Financial 2019-20 issued by Tahsildar / Sub. Divisional Officer / Deputy Collector,
Copy of Fees Receipt,
Copy of Domicile certificate,
Copy of Statement of marks of Last Year (both the semester)
Under taking Declaration certificate of parents/guardians about number of children beneficiaries,
Copy of Aadhaar Card,
Copy of Bank Passbook Front page & cancelled Cheque,
Copy of Leaving Certificate,
Copy of Ration Card,
GAP Affidavit on Stamp paper (if Applicable),
Copy of Death Certificate of Father, If not alive (if Applicable)

EBC Scholarship Benefits

50% of Tuition Fees and Examination fees for the applicants will be refunded to their aadhaar linked bank account.
Applicants must make sure that they redeem their voucher, only then the amount will be credited.
