Admissions Open for First Year Under Graduate Technical Course in B.Pharmacy & Post Graduate Pharm.D for 2024-25

The admission process for the First Year of Under Graduate Technical Courses in B. Pharmacy and Post Graduate Pharm.D for the academic year 2024-25 has commenced. Below is the detailed schedule and process for prospective candidates:

Important Dates and Activities

1. Online Registration and Document Uploading

   • Start Date: 7th August 2024
   • End Date: 14th August 2024 up to 5:00 PM
   • Note: Candidates opting for Maharashtra State and/or AI Candidature, as well as NRI/PIO/OCI/CIWGC, must apply separately for each category.

2. Documents Verification and Confirmation of Application

   • For Maharashtra State/All India Candidates:
     • Candidates must fill out the online application form and upload the required documents from any internet-connected computer or smartphone.
     • E-Scrutiny Mode:
       • Scan and upload original documents.
       • Verification and confirmation will be done online by the E-Scrutiny Center.
       • If no error is found: Verification status and acknowledgement will be available in the candidate's login.
       • If errors are found: Details will be communicated through the candidate's login for rectification and resubmission.
     • Physical Scrutiny Mode:
       • Visit the selected Physical Scrutiny Center with the required documents for verification and confirmation.
       • Receipt and acknowledgement will be issued post verification.
   • For NRI/PIO/OCI/CIWGC/FN Candidates:
     • Send the print of the online filled and submitted application form along with copies of uploaded documents to "The Principal, Bombay College of Pharmacy, Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai-400098" by hand, speed post, or courier.
   • Start Date: 8th August 2024
   • End Date: 16th August 2024 up to 5:00 PM
   • Note: Online registration, document verification, and application confirmation for seats other than CAP Seats will continue until the cutoff date via E-Verification by the Scrutiny Center or Physical Verification at the Physical Scrutiny Center. Applications registered after 14th August 2024 and confirmed after 16th August 2024 will be considered only for Non CAP Seats.

3. Display of Provisional Merit List for Maharashtra State/All India Candidates

   • Date: 19th August 2024

4. Submission of Grievances

   • Period: 20th August 2024 to 22nd August 2024 up to 5:00 PM
   • Candidates can raise grievances regarding corrections in the provisional merit list through their login.
   • Applications will be reverted back for rectification, and candidates must upload requisite documents to support their claims.
   • The status of grievance acceptance or rejection will be available in the candidate's login.
   • Candidates who selected the physical scrutiny mode must visit the Scrutiny Center to resolve grievances.

5. Display of Final Merit Lists for Maharashtra State/All India Candidates

   • Date: 24th August 2024
