NVS Class 6 Registration 2024 Application Process Begins

JE Education Desk: The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has started the registration for NVS class 6 for the 2024-25 session. Students will be able to apply till August 10. Interested and eligible students can apply for the Jawaharlal Nehru Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) at– navodaya.gov.in.

“A Candidate is allowed to apply for JNVST only once. During verification of the registration Data, if it is found that the Candidate had applied in previous years, the Candidature of Candidate will be rejected,” reads the official website.

NVS Class 6 Registration 2024: Documents Required

- Student's signature
-Parent's signature
-Candidate's photograph
-Certificate signed by parent and candidate and verified by headmaster
-Residence certificate of the parent issued by competent government authority if the candidate does not possess Aadhaar Number

JNVST 2024 exam will be conducted in two phases including the first phase will be held on November 4, 2023. While the second phase will be held on January 20, 2023. The test will be conducted from 11:30 am.

The first phase test will be conducted in Jammu and Kashmir, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Dibang Valley and Tawang districts of Arunachal Pradesh, Chamba, Kinnaur, Mandi, Sirmour, Kullu, Lahaul and Spiti and Shimla districts of Himachal Pradesh, Darjeeling of West Bengal, and Leh and Kargil districts of Ladakh.

The second phase test will be conducted in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh (except Dibang Valley, Tawang), Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh (except Chamba, Kinnaur, Mandi, Sirmour, Kullu, Lahaul and Spiti and Shimla), Jammu and Kashmir (only for Jammu-I, Jammu-II, Samba and Udhampur) Jharkhand, Kerala, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Orissa, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tripura, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and West Bengal (except Darjeeling), Union Territories of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Chandigarh, Dadar and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Delhi, Lakshadweep and Puducherry.

The JNVST 2024 exam date and admit card will be announced soon on the official website. Candidates are advised to check the official website for the latest updates.

 

NVS Class 6 Registration 2024: Here’s How To Apply

Step 1: Go to the official website– navodaya.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the link ‘NVS class 6 registration’ on the homepage.
Step 3: Now complete the registration process.
Step 4: Fill out the application form and pay the required fee.
Step 5: Click on submit button.
