CBSE Class 10, 12 Counselling: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has rolled out a comprehensive 15-day psychosocial support programme for students and families following the declaration of Class 10 and 12 results. With more than 37 lakh students receiving their results-over 22 lakh passing Class 10 and nearly 15 lakh passing Class 12-CBSE’s initiative aims to ensure emotional well-being during this critical period.
The helpline, operational from May 13 to May 28, 2025, provides multiple channels of support. Students and parents can access 24/7 IVRS assistance, speak directly with trained counsellors, and utilize a wealth of online resources. This support comes at a time when many students are not only reflecting on their board exam performance but also preparing for national entrance tests like CUET, JEE, and NEET.
