Tomorrow, October 31, is the last day to register for Class 9, 11 lateral entry admission 2024 through the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS). Students can use the official website of NAV at navodaya.gov.in, to apply for JNV Class 9, 11 lateral entry admission in 2024.
On February 10, 2024, the JNV lateral entry selection test for Class 9, 11 will take place. Based on how well they do in the selection exam, students will be admitted in relation to the available seats. The entire test will take place in two hours and thirty minutes.
In the past, NVS exclusively admitted students in Class 9 through lateral entry admission. But starting this year, Class 11 applicants could also apply for lateral entry admission.
NVS Admission 2024: Eligibility
Students may apply for JNV Class 9 lateral entry admission if they live in the district where the JNV is situated. In addition, pupils have to be enrolled in one of the district's government-recognized eighth-grade schools for the 2023–2024 school year.
Applications for JNV Class 11 lateral entry admissions are accepted from local students enrolled in one of the district's government-approved Class 10 schools. Students wishing to enroll in Class 11 lateral entrance must be between the ages of 15 and 17.
NVS Admission 2024: How to apply
Students can apply for JNV Class 9, 11 lateral entry admission in 2024 by following the instructions listed below.
Step 1: Visit the official website of NAV at navodaya.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the JNV Class 9 or 11 lateral entry admission 2024 link, avilable on the homepage.
Step 3: After this, generate the user ID and password.
Step 4: Login into the account and fill out the online application form with accurate information.
Step 5: Make the payment of the application fee and submit the form.
