The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the re-evaluation and verification process for classes 10th and 12th from today onwards (May 16).
Those students who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for the re-evaluation and verification process for their answer sheets. Students can apply at– cbse.gov.in, parikshasangam.cbse.gov.in.
According to the official notification, the last date to apply for the verification will be May 20, 2023. Candidates will be required to submit a fee of Rs 500 per subject which they want to get re-evaluated.
The board will also provide the option to obtain a photocopy of their CBSE class 10 and 12 re-evaluation answer sheet. Candidates have to pay Rs 500 to avail of this service for class 10. While for the class 12 students will have to pay Rs 700. “Only those candidates who apply for verification will be able to apply for obtaining photocopies of answer books of that/those subjects,” the CBSE circular reads.
This year, the CBSE class 10 overall pass percentage stood at 93.12 per cent while Class 12 recorded 87.33 per cent. The class 10 and 12 result was declared on May 12, 2023. Candidates are advised to check the official notification for more details.

Step 1: Go to the official website– cbse.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the link CBSE’s Revaluation Process on the homepage
Step 3: Candidates have to enter the login credentials
Step 4: CBSE’s Class 12th and 10th Re-evaluation/Rechecking form will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Now fill up the required details
Step 6: Pay the required fee and click on the submit button
