The vacancies of MBBS/BDS course after the last date of joining for MoP UP Round - I i.e. 30/03/2022 will be filled by Commissioner and Competent Authority, State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State as per the schedule prescribed by DGHS & DCI respectively. The admission process for MBBS/BDS Course will continue as per the schedule given below:

For MBBS/BDS Course:
As per Notice No.25, dated 24/03/2022 the prescribed cut-off date for cancellation of the MBBS course was 30/03/2022 upto 05.00 pm. As per reference no. 1 above the last date of admission to the MBBS course is 05/04/2022.
As per above reference No. 2, the last date of joining at State Quota seats for the BDS course is upto 11/04/2022. As per Rule No.12 of NEET-UG-2021 Information Brochure, the last prescribed date for cancellation of admission to the BDS course is 05/04/2022 upto 05.00 pm. Penalty as per Rule No. 14 will be applicable for the candidates, cancelling the admission to BDS course after this prescribed date (i.e. 05/04/2022 after 05.00 pm)
The further schedule of the BDS course admission process will be declared in due course.
NOTE: -
If a candidate is upgraded during any Mop UP Round from Private to Government Medical College (For MBBS) and from Private Dental College to Private Medical College during the institutional level round, then there will be no penalty clause applicable to him/her for resignation/cancellation of seat provided he/she joins the selected seat. The Vacancy created due to this resignation/ cancellation at BDS (Dental colleges) will be filled during the next round. The procedure of Institutional Round for MBBS course at Private Unaided/ Minority Medical Colleges for Academic Year 2021-22.
1. Institutional Round is only for Private Unaided/Minority Medical colleges and for seats
remaining vacant after MOP UP-II round.
2. It will be the responsibility of the institute to verify and ascertain the eligibility of the candidate as per respective Central Council rules before admitting the candidate even if the name appears in the ELIGIBLE list.
3. The list of ELIGIBLE candidates for the institutional round will be published on the
website on 31/03/2022 as per schedule. A separate list will be published for State Quota and Institutional Quota for the MBBS course respectively.
4. All eligible candidates registered with State CET Cell who have paid Rs.1000/- or
Rs.6000/- can apply for admission on vacant State Quota seats. All eligible candidates registered with State CET Cell who have paid Rs.5000/- or Rs.6000/- can apply for admission on vacant Institutional Quota seats. (Provided their name is mentioned in the list of eligible candidates)
5. For the institutional round eligible and interested candidates should approach to the
Dean/Principal of the respective colleges within the prescribed time and submit a separate application for State Quota and institutional quota in person or any person. Such types of applications should not be submitted to the State CET Cell in person or by email. Such types of applications submitted in the State CET Cell will not be considered valid for any institutional level admission process.
6. A) For Vacant State Quota (85%) Seats : Please refer rule no 10.11.1. for rules of
Institutional level round. For admission to vacant constitutional reserve seats refer rule no
9.4.1. of information brochure NEET UG-2021.
B) For Vacant Institutional Quota (15%) Seats: Please refer to rule no 10.11.2. of information brochure NEET UG-2021 for rules of Institutional Level Round.
7. At the time of admission during the institutional round a candidate should submit all his original documents along with requisite fees in the form of DD/Cheque during the prescribed time limit.
8. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to submit all his original documents and requisite fees at the time of admission.
9. All the candidates already admitted for BDS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS/ BPTH/ BOTH/ BASLP/ B P&O/ B.Sc. Nursing courses are also ELIGIBLE for an institutional level round for MBBS courses. If such a candidate is selected, he/she should have all the original documents at the time of joining.
10. The admission process should be completed before the Cut-off date prescribed for each course that is declared by the respective Central Council and Competent Authority from time to time.
11. All the admissions are subject to the approval of the Admissions Regulating Authority after the Cut-off date. The College should upload the information about the admitted candidate in the College Feedback Module of the State CET Cell.
12. This is for the information conducting admission to Health Sciences Courses, that all the Institutions should be kept open (on Holidays also) for cancellation of admission, so as to facilitate the admission process of MOP UP Round - II & III.
