Extended Registration Deadline for NEET-UG 2024 Health Science Courses Announced
In response to numerous requests from candidates, the Competent Authority has decided to extend the registration deadline for NEET-UG 2024 centralized admission process for various health science courses. This extension aims to accommodate the academic interests of the candidates aspiring to pursue courses such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BPTH, BOTH, BASLP, and B (P&O).
Extended Registration Schedule (Common for All Courses)
Candidates now have additional time to complete the registration process as per the revised schedule detailed below:
Online Registration and Session Apply: The deadline for online registration has been extended until 24th August 2024, 11:59 PM (Server time).
Payment of Registration Fees: Candidates must pay the registration fees through the online payment gateway by 24th August 2024, 11:59 PM (Server time). Please note that registration is only considered complete once the payment is successfully made.
Document Uploading: The final date to upload colored scanned copies of original requisite documents on the portal is also extended until 24th August 2024, 11:59 PM (Server time). All documents will be verified online.
CAP Round 1 Schedule for MBBS & BDS Courses
The Competent Authority has also released the schedule for the first Centralized Admission Process (CAP) Round for MBBS and BDS courses only:
Publication of Registered Candidate List: 26th August 2024
Provisional Merit List for MBBS and BDS: 26th August 2024
Seat Matrix Publication for MBBS/BDS: 27th August 2024
Online Filling of Preference Form for MBBS/BDS: 27th August to 29th August 2024 (up to 06:00 PM)
Declaration of CAP Round 1 Selection List for MBBS/BDS: 30th August 2024
Physical Joining and Submission of Status Retention Form: Candidates selected in CAP Round 1 must physically join and submit the Status Retention Form with all original documents and requisite fees by DD/Cheque from 31st August to 4th September 2024 (up to 05:30 PM).
Important Note
This schedule is subject to change based on directives from authorities such as MCC, AACCC, the Central Government, the State Government, or the Hon'ble Court. The schedule for subsequent CAP Rounds for other courses, including BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BPTH, BOTH, BASLP, and B (P&O), will be announced in due course.
Candidates are advised to regularly check the official portal for any updates or changes to the schedule.
