In a recent development, the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHCET) Cell has initiated a refund of ₹50,000 for candidates who applied for All India BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS admissions but did not secure a seat through the admission rounds. This refund pertains to the security deposit paid during the application process.
According to official communication, the transaction ID has been sent to the registered email IDs of the respective candidates. The refund is expected to be credited back to the original payment source within 3 to 5 banking days.
This update brings relief to students who have been awaiting their refunds for medical entrance applications. Candidates awaiting similar refunds are advised to check their emails or bank accounts for updates. In case of any queries, candidates can refer to the following helpline numbers:
