JET 2025: Jain University has published the Jain Entrance Test (JET 2025) exam dates for admission to its Bachelor of Technology (BTech) programs. The university will administer the JET exam on April 10 and 11.
On October 15, 2024, the university began accepting registrations for the JET 2025 exam through its official website, jainuniversity.ac.in. The entrance exam will be held in two sessions from April 10 to 11, with the morning slot beginning at 9:30 a.m. and ending at 12 noon, and the afternoon slot running from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The JET 2025 written test will be administered online, and applicants will be able to select an exam day from the timetable. The results of the entrance exam will be released on April 12.
“Candidates will be receiving an official mail on their user ID and passcode on April 9,” the official website read.
Those selected will be selected as Meritorious Scholarship (SCR) and Merit Scholarship students (MR) and notified via email. The results will also be displayed at set.jainuniversity.ac.in.
JET 2025: Eligibility criteria
According to the JET 2025 qualifying criteria, applicants must have taken the Class 12 board exam with a minimum of 45% marks (or 40% for SC and ST), including physics and mathematics as obligatory subjects, as well as chemistry, electronics, computer science, or biology.
Those who finished Class 12 and will take the 2025 board test are also eligible to apply. The university emphasized that NIOS board applicants are also eligible.
“IB students should get a minimum 26 credits to qualify for the course and Cambridge students must study 3 subjects at ‘A’ Level (Advanced level) including physics, chemistry and mathematics,” the official notification read.
The entrance score from the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main 2025) will also be accepted for admission to BTech programs at Jain University. It provides BTech programs in mechanical, civil, electronics and communications, electrical and electronics, computer science, information science, and aerospace engineering.
