JNU PhD admissions 2025-26: Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), one of India's premier academic institutions, has opened its PhD admission portal for the 2025–26 academic session. Candidates can apply for admission under three entry categories: JRF, NET, and GATE (only for the School of Engineering). Interested applicants must ensure they fulfill both academic and entrance eligibility as per the university’s e-Prospectus.

Eligibility Criteria
Academic Qualification:
55% marks in Master’s or M.Phil
Or 75% in 4-year Bachelor’s degree
5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates
Entrance Requirements:
Valid JRF, NET, or GATE score as applicable
Separate application needed for each qualifying category
