NCET 2025 Applications Open for Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP)
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the commencement of applications for the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2025, which is the entrance exam for admission to the 4-Year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP). This program is designed for students aspiring to become teachers at the foundational, primary, and secondary levels by integrating subject knowledge with pedagogical training.
The application process for NCET 2025 began on February 20, 2025, and will continue until March 16, 2025. Candidates interested in pursuing a career in teaching can apply online through the official NTA website. The NCET 2025 exam is scheduled to take place on April 9, 2025.

What is ITEP?
The Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) is four-year undergraduate degree that combines general education with teacher training. It replaces the traditional Bachelor of
Education (B.Ed.), which previously required candidates to complete a separate degree before entering teacher training.
How to Apply for NCET 20252 (Step-by-Step Guide)
1. Registration
Visit the official NTA website (https: neet.nta.ac.in).
Click on NCET 2025 Registration and provide basic details like name, email, phone number, and date of birth.
Create a login ID and password for further steps.
2. Filling the Application Form
Log in with your credentials.
Enter academic details, including Class 12 marks and school details.
Choose your preferred exam center from the available locations.
3. Uploading Documents
• Upload scanned copies of the following:
• Recent passport-sized photograph
• Signature
Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
• Category certificate (if applicable)
4. Paying the Application Fee
The fee varies based on the candidate's category:
General category: 21,200
OBC/EWS: 21,000
SC/ST/PWD: 2600
Payment can be made via debit/credit card, net banking, or UPL
