Point to be Remembered While Filling Forms

While filling the application form, carry the documents given below

• Marksheet
• Caste Certificate
• Nationality/ Domicile Certificate
• Adhar Card
• Attested copy of home address proof
• Passport sized Photograph

The personal detailed information like student's name, address, E-mail ID, Nationality, date of birth, birth place etc. Should be filled in correct way as per the given instructions in the form.

For example- Last name, middle name and first Name of students should be written in the form in proper specified column in the form. If the form is filled in English language, it should be filled in block letters.

To avoid mistakes in the application form, all the information should be first filled in the Xerox copy of the form and then finally be filled in original copy of Application Forms.

The timetable and important dates of the application forms filling process should be strictly followed.

Keep the attested photo copies of all the Certificates of extra curricular activities.

In some institutes, students are required to fill the questionnaire form which includes the questions like why do you want to take admission in this Institute, why do you want a particular specified branch or Specialization, who is your role model, and other various questions regarding extra curricular activities. Prepare for such questionnaire before going to fill the application forms.

Many a times Online Application Forms are to be filled. For that, all the given documents are required in the form of scanned soft copy. So save all the scanned copy of documents in a pen drive and keep it with you.
