JEE Main Session 2 Exam, NEET UG Exam, CUET UG Exam: Amid concerns about the schedule of elections overlapping with various national-level entrance examinations, students have expressed worry regarding postponements. While the ICAI CA May 2024 exams have been rescheduled by the authorities, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has decided to maintain the original schedule for the JEE Main and NEET Exams, as per the media reports. A decision regarding the CUET UG 2024 exam will be made by officials following the closure of the registration window.
The Election Commission has announced the dates for the Lok Sabha Election 2024. According to the schedule, the 18th General Elections are set to take place from April 19 to June 1, 2024. These elections will span seven phases, with counting for all phases scheduled for June 4, 2024.
The JEE Main Session 2 exams are set to take place from April 4 to 15, 2024. As these exams are scheduled before the initiation of the Lok Sabha elections, there are no anticipated changes, and they will proceed according to the schedule.
The NEET UG 2024 exam is set for May 5, 2024, while the CUET UG 2024 exams are scheduled from May 15 to 31, 2024. According to reports, NTA Director General Subhod Kumar Singh stated that the NEET UG exams will proceed as planned since there are no elections happening on May 5 or within a day before or after the exams.
While the NTA Director has confirmed that the exam window will remain unchanged, the final decision regarding the exam dates will be made by the authorities. Registrations for CUET UG 2024 are currently ongoing and are scheduled to conclude on March 26, 2024. Officials will decide the CUET UG 2024 exam schedule after the registration window closes. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official website for the latest updates.
