The University of Delhi (DU) today announced the spot admission round for entry to postgraduate (PG) programmes. The university has displayed the vacant seats against the PG spot admission.
Candidates who had applied for CSAS PG 2023 and are not admitted to any DU PG programme on the date and time of declaration of vacant seats for spot admission can participate in this round.
To be considered in the DU PG admission spot round, the candidates will have to opt for ‘Spot Round’ through their dashboard.
The admitted candidates will also be allowed to opt for an upgrade during the DU PG spot admission round in the programme in which they are already admitted.

The university may announce more spot admission rounds later after considering the vacant seats and other admission factors. DU has advised the PG aspirants to check the university admission website – admission.uod.ac.in on a regular basis.
Candidates can apply against the spot admission round and upgrade their preferences between September 19 and September 21 (4:59 pm), while the university will declare the allocations in the spot admission round on September 23 and candidates will be allowed to accept the seats from September 23 (11 am) to September 24 (4:59 pm). The departments and colleges will verify and approve the online applications from September 23 to September 25.
The last date to pay the online payment of admission fees by the candidates against the DU spot admission round is September 26.
