Sainik School Counselling 2024: Sainik School Counselling 2024: The All India Sainik Schools Admission Counselling (AISSAC) will release the Sainik School counselling 2024 seat allotment results for round 1 soon. According to media reports, Sainik School Counselling 2024 seat allotment results held for admission to classes 6 and 9 are expected to be announced today anytime soon. However, the official date and time is yet to be confirmed by the authority. Once released, students will be able to check the Sainik School Counselling 2024 seat allotment results at pesa.ncog.gov.in/sainikschoolcounselling.
Students who have been selected for counseling must confirm their acceptance at the schools assigned to them by 10 AM on April 10, 2024. Thereafter, they will undergo medical tests and document verification starting from 8 AM on April 15, 2024. Documents and fees are required to be submitted by April 27.
According to the reservation policy, 67 per cent of the seats are allocated for candidates from their respective home states and union territories, while the remaining 33 per cent are designated for candidates from other states and union territories.
Admission to the 33 existing and 19 newly approved Sainik Schools will be conducted through e-counseling, considering candidates' rankings in school-wise, gender-wise, and category-wise (home state and outside state) merit lists of AISSEE 2024. Moreover, candidates must meet the medical fitness criteria set by competent medical authorities and undergo verification of original documents.
Sainik School Counselling 2024: Documents Required After Selection
During the document verification process, students must provide their medical fitness reports. Moreover, candidates must prepare a list of documents required for the final verification round. Below is the list of documents needed for the final stage.
- AISSEE admit card and scorecard
- Provisional admission letter
- 2 Passport size photographs
- Photo identity proof of students and parents
- Study Certificate duly signed by the principal for classes 6 and 9
- Duly signed checklist with undertaking
- Study Certificate duly signed by the principal for classes 6 and 9
- Duly signed checklist with undertaking
- Medical fitness report
- Certificate of service signed by CO/OC of the unit for defence category and PPO for ex-serviceman
- Date of birth certificate
- Income Certificate and category certificate
