SSC JE Exam 2024: The Staff Selection Commission has released a notification regarding the submission of the option-cum-preference form for SSC JE Exam 2024. The link for the preference form for the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical) examination 2024 will be activated today, December 9, 2024, at ssc.gov.in.
According to the notification, candidates who appeared for Paper-II will have to submit their Option-cum-Preference for Post(s)/Organisation(s) for the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical) Examination 2024. This can be done through their respective login pages on the SSC website. The Option-cum-Preference submission facility will be available under the "My Application" tab.
The link for submission will be active from December 9 to December 13, 2024. Candidates who do not submit their Option-cum-Preference within this period will not be given another chance to do so. Accordingly, they will not be considered for inclusion in the final merit list or final selection.
After successfully submitting the Option-cum-Preference, a confirmation email will be sent to the candidate's registered email address.
PwBD candidates must ensure that they select only those posts identified as suitable for their disabilities (refer to Para 5.1 of the Examination Notice). Post allocation will be done based on the provisions of the Examination Notice, following the principle of 'merit-cum-preference of posts.'

Step 1: Go to the official website-- ssc.gov.in
Step 2: Go to the login window and enter the required details
Step 3: Click on the link and fill the form
Step 4: Click on the submit button
Note: Download the SSC JE Exam 2024 Option-cum-Preference form and take a printout for future reference.
