NIFT 2025 Exam: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has set the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Entrance Examination 2025 date. According to the official timetable, the NIFT 2025 exam will be held on February 9.
NIFT 2025 registrations began today, November 22. Interested and eligible applicants can complete the NIFT 2025 registration form by going to the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT. According to the official timetable, the NIFT 2025 registration deadline is January 9. Beginning January 10, applicants will also have the option to correct their applications. The deadline to modify the NIFT 2025 application form is January 12.
The NIFT 2025 exam consists of two tests: the General Ability Test (GAT) and the Creative Ability Test (CAT). All courses require the GAT, and BDes and MDes applicants must additionally take the CAT. The GAT paper will be administered via computer-based testing (CBT), whilst the CAT paper will be administered offline.
NIFT 2025 Registration: Eligibility criteria
Applicants can see the NIFT 2025 qualifying criteria for BDes programmes below.
Passed Class 12 from any recognized central or state board.
OR
A passing grade in the National Open School's senior secondary school examination in five or more disciplines.
OR
After Class 10, AICTE or a state body of technical education recognizes a three or four-year diploma.
OR
Any public school, board, or university examination in India or abroad approved by the Association of Indian Universities is equivalent to the Class 10+2 system.
OR
General Certificate of Education (GCE) Examination (London, Cambridge, Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level, International Baccalaureate.
NIFT 2025 Exam Pattern: BDes paper
The NIFT 2025 BDes test will be administered online. The NIFT 2025 paper has a duration of two hours. The NIFT 2025 exam will be conducted in both English and Hindi. The NIFT 2025 paper has a total of 100 points. There will be 100 questions. Applicants can view a section-by-section breakdown of the NIFT 2025 BDes paper below.
