NIFT Stage 2 Admission 2024: The technical ability, studio, interview, and situation tests for the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) admissions 2024 will be administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA) tomorrow. On the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT, students can appeal for their NIFT Stage 2 admission card.
The scenario test, studio test, personal interview, and technical ability test are required of applicants for admission to BDes (Regular), BDes (Artisan and NLEA), and BFTech (NLEA), respectively. The interview will begin at 2:00 pm, while the scenario and studio test will take place from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
NIFT Stage 2 Admission 2024: Situation test
To assess a candidate's aptitude for managing materials and their capacity for creativity when working with a specific set of materials, the NIFT will administer a situation exam. The NIFT stated that no more materials will be accepted or supplied. Candidates will be asked to make a model. Space visualisation, inventive and creative use of the provided material, element composition, colour scheme, building expertise, model elegance, and overall presentation will all be taken into consideration when evaluating the model. NIFT Stage 2 Admission 2024: Personal interview
Applicants who have been shortlisted and scheduled for a personal interview (PI) will be evaluated using the following criteria:
- Career orientation
- Aptness for the course
- Overall personal achievements in academics and cocurricular activities
Communication
- General awareness and aptitude
Students will be chosen for admission to NIFT in 2024 based on their performance on the CAT (50%), GAT (30%), and scenario exam and interview (20%).
