JSSC CGL Paper Leak News: The Jharkhand General Graduate Level Combined Competitive Exam (JSSC CGL) which was scheduled for February 4, has been postponed by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission. This decision was made in response to the leak of exam questions from the third shift (General Knowledge) on January 28. Candidates can check the JSSC CGL Exam cancellation notification at jssc.nic.in.
"It is necessary to organize the examination scheduled on 04.02.2024 under JGGLCCE-2023 after a thorough and complete review of all the security arrangements related to the said examination, for which the examination scheduled on 04.02.2024 under JGGLCCE-2023 (three shifts) will be conducted, is postponed. The rescheduled date of the said examination scheduled on 04.02.2024 will be published on the website of the Commission as soon as possible," reads the official notification.
According to media reports, thousands of students protested against alleged irregularities in the exam, resulting in a chaotic scene outside the JSSC headquarters that included stone-pelting, police lathi charges, and injuries.
Earlier, the commission cancelled the JSSC CGL exam's third shift, scheduled for January 28. Later, in a recent notification, the commission also cancelled the first and second shifts of the exam. As per the notification, new dates for the JSSC CGL exam will be announced soon on the JSSC official website.
"The third shift of the examination held on 28.01.2024 under the said examination has been canceled on 28.01.2024 itself. Under the said examination dated 28.01.2024. The first and second shifts of the examination held in 2024 are also cancelled. The newly scheduled dates for re-examination of the said examinations will be published soon," reads further.
