Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), have launched three new online certificate programmes.

The notice regarding this was published on the official website of IGNOU i.e. ignou.ac.in. As per the notice, the three newly introduced courses are the Arabic Language, Russian Language, and Tourism Studies. Candidates who wish to apply for these can visit the official website of IGNOU and can apply for the same.

Steps to apply

Step 1: Visit the official website of IGNOU i.e. ignou.ac.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link which says announcements and under the link which says IGNOU launches three new courses
Step 3: A new page will appear
Step 4: Read the notice carefully
Step 5: Click on the link provided in the notice
Step 6: A new page will appear
Step 7: Register yourself
Step 8: Choose the course you want to apply for
Step 9: Fill the application form
Step 10: Click on the payment and then submit.

Eligibility, duration and other information

Arabic Language

1. Eligibility for Admission: 10+2, Minimum 18 years of age
2. The medium of Instruction: English
3. Duration of the Programme: Minimum 06 Month; Maximum 01 year

Russian Language

1. Eligibility for Admission: 10+2, Minimum 18 years of age
2. The medium of Instruction: Russian and English
3. Duration of the Programme: Minimum 06 Month; Maximum 01 year

Tourism Studies

1. Eligibility for Admission: 10+2 or it's equivalent
2. The medium of Instruction: Hindi and English
3. Duration of the Programme: Minimum 06 Month; Maximum 01 year
