GATE 2025 Registration: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee will open registration for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 tomorrow, August 28. Eligible applicants can fill out the GATE 2025 registration form on the official website of GATE at gate2025.iitr.ac.in. The deadline to submit the GATE 2025 application form without a late charge is September 26, 2024.
The GATE 2025 exam is planned for February 1, 2, 15, and 16 in two sessions. Shift 1 exams will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., while shift 2 exams will be conducted from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Applicants from the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) groups must pay an application fee of Rs 900 to register for the GATE 2025. For all other applicants, the registration fee is Rs 1,800.
According to the official timetable, aspirants can submit the GATE 2025 for a late fee until October 7, 2024. The GATE 2025 admit card will be given on January 2. On March 19, 2025, the institute will release the GATE 2025 results. Aspirants can download their GATE 2025 scorecards between March 28 and May 31, 2025.
As per the official website, there are no international centres for the GATE 2025 exam. Applicants can view the zone-wise exam cities in the table below.
