1) All pending year/semester exams (except final year/semester) are effectively cancelled in Maharashtra.
2) Marks will be given according to UGC guidelines i.e. 50% marks based on this SEM internal assessment and 50% based on the performance of exams of all previous years/semesters.
3) If you are unhappy with this Sem marks, respective University will announce dates for Re-Exam (not clarified as to of how many marks the re-exam will be)
4) All those who fail in this method of year/Semester assessment will have to give exams in next sem or the Re-Exam as notified by the University.
5) All those already having ATKT in previous Sems will have to give exams for them within 120 days of college reopening, the timetable for which will be announced by the respective university.
6)If some of the exams are already over, and these marks are lower than the Grading of the new method, then the new method marks will be valid.
7) All the exams of final year /semester will be conducted from 1st to 31st July.
8) If the situation of COVID 19 doesn't improve, then Govt will review the July dates on 24th June.
