ICSI CS June 2025 exams: Important dates and information
Students enrolled in the Executive Programme (2022 syllabus) and Professional Programme (2017 & 2022 syllabi) are required to pass the Pre-Examination Test
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will conduct the Company Secretary (CS) Executive and Professional Examinations for the June 2025 session. The exams will take place from 1 June to 10 June 2025 for students under the Executive Programme (2022 syllabus), Professional Programme (2017 syllabus), and Professional Programme (2022 syllabus).
Students who are appearing for the examination must be aware of the following important dates and instructions:
ICSI CS June 2025 exams: Important dates
Start date for enrolment, addition of module, and claiming exemption based on higher qualification: February 26, 2025
Last date for submission of enrolment and addition of module/group (without late fee): March 25, 2025
Last date for submission of enrolment and addition of module/group (with late fee): April 9, 2025
Last date to apply for exemption based on higher qualification: April 9, 2025
Last date for changes in enrolment services (Change of Centre/Module/Medium/Optional Subject/Cancellation of Exemption Request/Re-submission of Call for Documents for Exemption on Higher Qualification): May 1, 2025
ICSI CS June 2025 exams: Examination fees
For the Executive Programme, the examination fee is Rs. 1,500 per group. For the Professional Programme, the fee is Rs. 1,800 per module/group. A late fee of Rs. 250 applies to all stages, and any changes to the centre, module, medium, or optional subject will incur a fee of Rs. 250 per change.
Students are advised to keep a copy of the fee receipt for reference. This receipt is automatically generated for all successful transactions during the enrolment process.
Pre-examination test requirement
Students enrolled in the Executive Programme (2022 syllabus) and Professional Programme (2017 & 2022 syllabi) are required to pass the Pre-Examination Test before they are eligible to appear for the June 2025 CS exams.
