SSC CHSL Examination 2020 short notice released

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released a short notice for Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination 2020. The detailed notification will be released on December 3, 2019.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for the SSC CHSL examination from December 3, 2019 onward through the SSC official website - ssc.nic.in. The application process is likely to continue up to January 1, 2020.

The Commission will hold the Tier-1 CHSL examination 2019 in Computer Based Mode (CBT) for recruitment to the posts of Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Postal Assistant (PA)/ Sorting Assistant (SA), Data Entry Operator (DEO), Data Entry Operator, Grade "A" in different ministries/ Departments/ Offices of government of India and their attached and subordinate offices tentatively during the period from March 16, 2020 to March 27, 2020.

Candidates are advised to check the details like age-limit, reservation, age-relaxation, educational qualifications, examination scheme, payment of fee and other details in the detailed notification, once it is released. The Commission will upload the notice of examination on its official website - https://ssc.nic.in on December 3, 2019.

Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/ Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Pay Band -1 (Rs. 5200-20200), Grade Pay: Rs. 1900 (pre-revised).

Postal Assistant (PA)/ Sorting Assistant (SA): Pay Band -1 (Rs. 5200-20200), Grade Pay: Rs. 2400 (pre-revised).

Data Entry Operator (DEO): Pay Band-1 (Rs. 5200-20200), Grade Pay: Rs. 2400 (pre-revised) and

Data Entry Operator, Grade "A": Pay Band-1 (Rs. 5200-20200), Grade Pay: Rs. 2400 (pre-revised).
