Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) Chandigarh has invited online applications for MD/MS July Session entrance examination on its official website.

The interested and eligible candidates can apply online for the PGIMER MD/MS July Session 2020 through the official website of PGIMER — pgimer.edu.in.

The last date to apply for PGIMER MD/MS July 2020 is April 16, 2020.

Application Fee

1. SC/ST category candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs 1200 and transaction charges as applicable.
2. General /OCI /OBC /RA /FN/ Sponsored category candidates need to pay Rs 1500 and transaction charges as applicable.
3. Persons with Bench-mark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

Eligibility
 

1. A candidate should have passed MBBS from a University/ Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
2. Applicants should have either completed, or due to complete, one year rotatory internship training on or before 31st December/30th June for January and July session respectively.
3. Candidates should be registered with the Central /State Medical Registration Council.

The JIPMER entrance examination will be conducted through a Computer Based Test (CBT). The test will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2020, and duration will be 3 hours for MD/MS courses. The CBT entrance test will be conducted in one shift (Timing – 09.00 AM to 12.00 PM)
