ICSI CSEET January Session 2023: The guidelines for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) for the January 2024 session have been announced by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The CSEET 2024 exam will take place on January 6, 2024.
Registration for CSEET January 2024 is now open on the official website of ICSI at icsi.edu. Candidates can sign up for the exam until December 15, 2023. The ICSI stated that the CSEET will be administered remotely rather than at test centres. Candidates will be permitted to take the CSEET using their own laptops or desktop computers from home or other convenient and secluded locations. Candidates will not be permitted to take the CSEET using a mobile phone, tablet, laptop, or other similar device, according to the ICSI.
Candidates must download the secure exam browser SEBLite. The ICSI stated that candidates will be continuously monitored by video/audio mode by the supervisor, known as the proctor, in the same manner as if they were appearing in the examination at examination centres.
Candidates must log in to the rest portal 30 minutes before the exam's scheduled start time. No candidate shall be permitted to appear in the test after the completion of 15 minutes from the start of the test, and no candidate shall be permitted to complete the exam until the expiry of 90 minutes from the start of the test, according to ICSI.
ICSI CSEET January Session 2023: Important Instructions
During the ICSI CSEET January session exam, candidates must follow the following instructions:
- No cell phones, earphones, headphones, or other electronic devices are permitted.
- They are unable to use a book or paper, pen/pencil, writing pad(s), notebooks, or other similar items.
- The presence of any other individual in the room is strictly prohibited.
- They are unable to photograph the screen/question/answer choice.
- They will be unable to read questions or respond to options aloud.
- Applicants will not be permitted to leave the workstation until the test has been completed.
- Candidates must concentrate on the computer screen.
