Veltech Dr.RR & Dr.SR University is structured around six Schools of Study. The student can register in any one of the Schools depending on their interest of study. The University offers 28 undergraduate programmes in Engineering and Technology, Science and Media Technology. All the departments offer Post Graduate and Doctoral programmes exempting the School of Media Technology and communication. Entry into B.Tech. Degree programmes from Veltech Dr.RR & Dr.SR University is achieved by getting through the VTUEEE examination conducted every year.

B.Tech. ADMISSION

Eligibility Criteria for VTUEEE 2017

A pass in +2 (or its equivalent).

Those appearing for 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent examination in April/May 2017 can appear for VTUEEE 2017.

For the purpose of consideration for award of the Veltech Mahatma Gandhi National Merit Scholarship, the state from which the candidate has studied and appeared for the qualifying examination (12th standard examination of the State or Central Board) will be taken as the state to which the candidate belongs, even though the nativity of the candidate may be another state or union territory.
