Dental Laboratory Technician

OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE

After completion of the course trainees should be able to work as Dental Laboratory Technician under supervision of qualified dental surgeon in Public, Private & Government Hospitals and in recruitment to subordinate post & services under the Central Government, State Government & Abroad.

Note: 
1. Dental Technician shall restrict his activities to purely Mechanical Laboratory work at the instance of the registered Dental surgeon. He shall not do any chair side work and he should not Prescribe any Drugs. 
2. Dental clinic assistance is very important to complete the training.

RADIOLOGY TECHNICIAN / X-RAY TECHNICIAN
Two Year
Passes 12th(Science) Class Examination

OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE
After completion of the course trainees should be able to work as Radiology/Radio Therapy Technician in Hospitals, Clinics, Medical laboratories, in Private practice and in recruitment to subordinate post and services under the Central Government, State Governments & Abroad.

A career in radiology technician offers a promising future, job stability and a good salary. As technology advances and the population ages, the demand for radiologic exams and procedures has grown. The country needs qualified professionals to provide medical imaging and radiation therapy. Wages of radiologic technologists are competitive with other health professionals who have similar educational backgrounds.
In today's economy, finding work in a growing career field with solid salary prospects is often the number one priority on any job-seeker's list. This is a difficult task, but the good news is that a career as a radiology technician meets both of those needs. Entering a radiology career gives you a foothold in the health care field, which is rapidly expanding due to an aging population of baby boomers that will need an increasing amount of health care. One Year

OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE
After completion of the course trainees should be able to work as Physiotherapy Technician in Hospitals, Clinics, Rehabilitation Centers/Departments of Government and private hospitals, Health institution, Defense medical centres, in Private practice and in recruitment to subordinate post and services under the 
Central Government, State Governments & Abroad.

JOB SCOPE 
With a study showing that the requirement number of physiotherapists is one for every 10,000 persons, job opportunities is a simple calculation, given the population of India. In western countries too, there is a great demand for physiotherapists. Opportunities exist in rehabilitation departments of government and private hospitals, medical rehabilitation centres, health institutions and defence medical centres. With the demand for physiotherapists increasing every day, one may also opt for private practice. The difference in onetary returns for employed professionals and private practitioners is phenomenal. The difference also is that one needs to make a lot of investment in terms of space, some basic equipment and so on. The real satisfaction or returns lie in participating and helping a fellow human being. Teaching is yet another option open to those who have specialised in physiotherapy. .

Health Sanitary Inspector
One Year

OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE

After completion of the course trainees should be able to work as Health Inspector, Sanitary Inspector etc. for recruitment to subordinate post and service under the Central Government, State Government & Abroad.

JOB SCOPE 

Health Inspector / Sanitary Inspector is a definite post in the government departments at the state and the center level. Government departments include departments like Municipal Corporations, Nagar Palikas, Railways, Hospitals, Cantonment Area, Government Institutes, Oil Refineries, Factories etc. In the private organizations they work with Hospitals, Hotel, Metal Industry, Chemical Industry, Textile Industry, Food Industry, Travel and Entertainment Industry, Electrical Industry etc.
