1. Matric/SSLC certificate: softcopy for age proof (.jpg)

2. Passport size photo: Softcopy 150x200 px. with 300 KB max(.jpg)

3. Details of Educational Qualifications ( SSLC, +2 and Degree Mark )

4. DD for Rs. 400/- drawn in favour of Principal , LNCPE payable at Trivandrum (DD number date and the Bank name have to be filed in the application).

Choose YES/NO in the Age relaxation for eligible categor

 Fill in address details Mobile and Land line numbers  

Fill in Family details Fill in Educational Qualifications you may bring all the sports achievement certificates along with other documents required at the time of credential verification on 13th september2018.
