Admission Details:

STEP 1: Check The Eligibility

The eligibility for each of the program offered by the University is different and is based on the program curriculum. Before applying, check the eligibility for that program.

STEP 2: Application Process

The application process for ADYPU courses is a two-stage process.

At Stage 1 candidates apply to ADYPU with scores from entrance exam conducted by ADYPU or by an authorized authority to conduct an entrance exam. Based on the scores received the admissions committee will prepare a merit list and will call the candidates for Studio Test (If applicable to that school) Group Exercise, and Personal Interview. TheStudio/GD/PI will be conducted based on the application norm of the respective school. The applications for admission will be accepted as per the admission cycle notified on this website in the section “Admission Notification”

At Stage 2, the candidate will appear for the Group Exercise followed by personal interview on the given date.

Based on the score received, Await the decision from ADYPU about acceptance of application for admission. The decision is conveyed to the applicant within 10 working days of the receipt of your application.

STEP 3: Personal Interview

The second and final step is to attend a group exercise and a personal interview. The interview purpose is to know the applicant better and to gauge the passion and commitment of the applicant towards the applied program. The personal interview is also an opportunity for the prospective student to discuss with the faculty and admin staff and get answers to queries / doubts, if any.

STEP 4: Admission Offer

Once the personal interview is conducted, the prospective student is informed about the admission decision. If the admission decision is positive, an admission offer letter is issued. If the admission decision is negative, the prospective student is informed about the deficiencies and is given time to remedy the deficiencies if deficiencies are of remedial nature.

STEP 5: Acceptance of Admission Form

ADYPU and the student form a contractual relationship when a student is enrolled at ADYPU. What follows are the terms of that contract in which the students accept to govern the mutual relationship, along with statute, and with the regulations and rules of ADYPU. On being offered an admission to a course at ADYPU the student will have to sign an “Acceptance of Admission Form”. The admission process is incomplete without the signing and hence is mandatory.
