AP Grama Sachivalayam answer key Released 2019

The Andhra Pradesh Grama/Ward Sachivalayam has released the answer keys for the examination conducted on Sunday.Candidates, who appeared for the examination today, can check their answer keys from the official AP Grama Sachivalayam website -

The students will be able to roughly calculate their marks and can get an idea about their possibilities.The written examinations for Panchayat Secretary GradeV, Ward Women and Weaker Sections Protection Secretary (Mahila Police), Welfare and Education Secretary (Rural) and Ward Administrative Secretary were conducted in the forenoon shift while the test for Panchayat Secretary Gr.VI - Digital Assistant was conducted in the afternoon shift.

The following exams were conducted today i.e., Sunday, September 1, 2019.

1) Panchayat Secretary Gr.V

2) Ward Women and Weaker Sections Protection Secretary (Mahila Police)

3) Welfare and Education Secretary (Rural)

4) Ward Administrative Secretary

5) Panchayat Secretary Gr.VI - Digital Assistant

By checking the answer key a candidate can burst his/her anxiety after the examination gets over and will be able to estimate (roughly) their score before the declaration of the result. Also the answer key is necessary to impart transparency in the selection process.

Count the number of incorrect answers

Total marks = 1 X number of correct answers - 0.25 number of incorrect answers

By using the above formula, you will be able to get the rough idea of the scores you are going to get when the result will be declared.

How to raise objections to the AP Grama Sachivalayam Answer Key 2019

As the answer keys have been released on the official website, now you have three days' time to raise objection related to question paper, answer key and other matters.

Any objections with regard to the key and any other matter shall be filed within three days after publication of the key in the prescribed proforma available in the website.

The objections received in the prescribed proforma and within due date will be referred to Expert Committee for opinion and to take appropriate decision thereon by the department. As per decision of the department a revised key will be hosted and it will be final. In the event of any question or answer or both, found improper by the expert committee, such question found improper by the expert committee, it will be reckoned for adding marks for all the candidate.

The objections if any would be examined and the decision of the department in this regard will be final. Any objection filed after expiry of specified time from the date of publication of key/ key would not be entertained.

Selection for appointment

The selection of candidates for appointment to the posts will be based on the merit in the OMR based written examination.

The minimum qualifying marks for consideration of a candidate to the selection process are 40% for OCs, 35% for BCs, and 30% for SCs, STs and PHs or as per rules. In the event of Schedule Caste & Schedule Tribe candidates not coming up for selection with the existing minimum prescribed for selection in the examination conducted their selection will be considered on the basis of rank with reference to their performance in the OMR based written examination irrespective of the marks secured.

Candidates should note that mere securing of minimum qualifying marks does not confer any right to the candidate for being considered to the selection.

Where the candidates get equal number of marks in the OMR based written examination if two or more candidates get equal total number of marks, those candidates shall be bracketed. Candidates within the same bracket shall then be ranked 1, 2, 3 etc., according to age i.e., oldest being considered for admission. In case there is tie in age, the person who possesses educational qualification at earlier date would be considered.
