JNVST 2024 Registration:  The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) will close the extended registration window for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Class 6 Selection Test (JNVST Class 6 2024) today, November 23. Earlier, the last date was scheduled for September 16. Students can submit their JNVST Class 6 2024 form at navodaya.gov.in.

According to the official prospectus, the exam will be conducted in two phases. The first phase is scheduled for January 18, 2025, at 11:30 am, while the second phase will take place on April 12, 2025, also at 11:30 am.

‘’A Candidate is allowed to apply for JNVST only once. During verification of the registration Data, if it is found that the Candidate had applied in previous years, the Candidature of Candidates will be rejected," reads the notification.

JNVST 2025 Admission: Eligibility Criteria

Interested candidates must have been born between May 1, 2013, and July 31, 2015. Moreover, they should not have repeated Class 6 prior to the 2024-25 academic session.

JNVST 2025 Admission: Rural Student Eligibility

75 percent of the seats are reserved for candidates from rural areas. To qualify under the rural quota, applicants must have completed Classes 3, 4, and 5 in a government or recognised rural school, with Class 5 completed in the same district where admission is being sought.
