Step-by-Step Instructions for applying online
1. Register with valid email id. The email id and username will be used in the application and can not be edited. The following message appears on successful registration.
2. Login using the registered email id and password.
3. Click on “Forgot Password” in case you have forgotten your password. Enter the registered email id to receive the password. The following error appears in case you entered an unregistered email id.
4. An auto-generated password will be sent to your registered email id. It may take few hours to receive the password.
5. Click on “Apply for a new post” to apply for the desired post.
6. Use the dropdown to select the desired post and fill all the relevant fields with accurate data. Do not use special character while entering the data. Check the entered data and click on save & continue.
7. Enter your educational qualifications use the dropdown to select the appropriate qualification. Enter percentage of marks or CGPA not both. Check the entered data and click on save & continue. Those applying for Hindi Officer, note the following Please do not enter other technical qualification such as typewriting, shorthand and any other technical course related to hindi in the above screen. Technical qualification can be entered in the next screen. If you have selected “yes” for technical qualification, enter the technical qualification details using the following screen. Check the entered data and click on save & continue.
8. If you have selected “yes” for Experience, enter the experience details using the following screen. Check the entered data and click on save & continue.
9. Using the following screen, enter the other information (i.e. Relative of CSIR Employee, Are you willing to accept the minimum initial pay offered, etc.). Check the entered data and click on save.
10. Upload your recent passport size photo in jpg format and size less than 150KB. Browse the photo and click on Submit. The following screen appears on successful submission of the appliction.
11. You can edit your application using the following screen. You can edit your application any number of times till you finalize the application. Please note that you can not edit your application once you have finalized.
12. Only finalized applications can be printed. Please rember to finalize your application before the last date for online submission as mention in the advertisement.
13. Click on “view & print” to print your finalized application.
Interested and eligible candidates may send their application by post latest by 30/05/2021.
