About CUET 2022

CUET 2022 - The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the CUET UG registration window 2022 till June 26 (11:50 pm). The candidates who have yet not registered for the CUET entrance test can fill their applications till the extended deadline at cuet.samarth.ac.in. NTA has also extended the CUET 2022 application form correction window till June 26 and registered students can make corrections in their registration form using their login details.  CUET exam 2022 will be conducted on July 15, 16, 19, 20 and August 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 in 554 cities across India and 13 cities abroad.

National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct Common University Entrance Test (CUET (UG)) for admission to the undergraduate courses in 44 Central Universities and other universities for the academic year 2022-23. This is in accordance with the UGC Public Notice dated March 21, 2022. CUET 2022 will facilitate a single-window process for admissions to the Central Universities (CUs) across the country for various UG programmes. Applicants can choose one or more tests in CUET exam depending upon the eligibility of the universities interested in.

CUET 2022 Participating Universities

NTA has announced that all the central universities will provide admissions to their UG courses through the scores of CUET. The CUET entrance test 2022 can also be used for admissions to undergraduate courses of state, private and deemed universities. Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi University and Jawaharlal Nehru University, Aligarh Muslim University, Banaras Hindu University are some of the CUET 2022 participating universities. For postgraduate courses, the scores of NTA CUET 2022 are not compulsory for admissions. How to Fill CUET Application Form 2022  

Step 1 - Visit the official website of the CUCET - cuet.samarth.ac.in.

Step 2 - Click on the ‘Apply Online’ tab to register for the programme. 

Step 3 - Complete the registration process by entering details like program applied for, name, valid e-mail-id, mobile number, date of birth, and verification code displayed on the screen. 

Step 4 - Once all details are submitted, the application number and password are generated and are sent at the registered email address and mobile number. 

Step 5 - Use the application number and password to log-in and fill up the application form by entering the log-in details like personal, academic qualification and communication address.

Step 6 - Upload scanned images of a recent passport sized photograph and signature in prescribed format and dimensions. 

Step 7 - Select the examination centers- In order of the preference, select and enter the exam centres.

Step 8 - Candidates now need to enter the university and programme details.

Step 9 - Candidates have to pay the application fee either in online or offline mode. On successful online application submission with payment of fees through an automated e-mail and SMS is sent to the registered e-mail ID and mobile number. In case of fee payment done in offline mode, candidates receive the confirmation with 3-4 working days. 

Step 10 - The application fee can be paid in online or offline mode through debit card, credit card, net banking and SBI Challan.

Note:  Candidates applying on the basis of Sports and Extra Curricular Activities (ECA) have to appear for a performance-based test in addition to CUET 2022. Merit will be on the basis of combined score of CUET exam and the performance-based test.

CUCET Syllabus 2022 - Undergraduate Programmes

The syllabus of CUCET 2022 UG programmes is divided into two parts and a total of four sections. The Part A consist of questions from English, Numerical Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Analytical Skills, Reasoning, General Aptitude and General Knowledge. CUCET Exam Pattern 2022

The candidates appearing for the entrance test must check the exam pattern of CUCET 2022 before kickstarting with their preparation. The entrance test of CUCET 2022 was conducted in offline mode.
