About CUET 2023

CUET 2023 -  NTA has extended the CUET 2023 application form correction window till May 2 and registered students can make corrections in their registration form using their login details.  CUET exam 2023 will be conducted on May 21 to June 6 in 554 cities across India and 13 cities abroad.

National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct Common University Entrance Test (CUET (UG)) for admission to the undergraduate courses in 44 Central Universities and other universities for the academic year 2023-24. This is in accordance with the UGC Public Notice dated March 21, 2023. CUET 2023 will facilitate a single-window process for admissions to the Central Universities (CUs) across the country for various UG programmes. Applicants can choose one or more tests in CUET exam depending upon the eligibility of the universities interested in.

CUET 2023 Participating Universities

NTA has announced that all the central universities will provide admissions to their UG courses through the scores of CUET. The CUET entrance test 2023 can also be used for admissions to undergraduate courses of state, private and deemed universities. Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi University and Jawaharlal Nehru University, Aligarh Muslim University, Banaras Hindu University are some of the CUET 2023 participating universities. For postgraduate courses, the scores of NTA CUET 2023 are not compulsory for admissions. How to Fill CUET Application Form 2023  

Step 1 - Visit the official website of the CUCET - cuet.samarth.ac.in.

Step 2 - Click on the ‘Apply Online’ tab to register for the programme. 

Step 3 - Complete the registration process by entering details like program applied for, name, valid e-mail-id, mobile number, date of birth, and verification code displayed on the screen. 

Step 4 - Once all details are submitted, the application number and password are generated and are sent at the registered email address and mobile number. 

Step 5 - Use the application number and password to log-in and fill up the application form by entering the log-in details like personal, academic qualification and communication address.

Step 6 - Upload scanned images of a recent passport sized photograph and signature in prescribed format and dimensions. 

Step 7 - Select the examination centers- In order of the preference, select and enter the exam centres.

Step 8 - Candidates now need to enter the university and programme details.

Step 9 - Candidates have to pay the application fee either in online or offline mode. On successful online application submission with payment of fees through an automated e-mail and SMS is sent to the registered e-mail ID and mobile number. In case of fee payment done in offline mode, candidates receive the confirmation with 3-4 working days. 

Step 10 - The application fee can be paid in online or offline mode through debit card, credit card, net banking and SBI Challan.

Linguistic programmes Must be appearing for 10+2 in 2023 or has already passed the same. A particular language at CUET or any other language. Preference will be given to applicants appearing in the particular language

Note:  Candidates applying on the basis of Sports and Extra Curricular Activities (ECA) have to appear for a performance-based test in addition to CUET 2023. Merit will be on the basis of combined score of CUET exam and the performance-based test.

CUCET Syllabus 2023 - Undergraduate Programmes

The syllabus of CUCET 2023 UG programmes is divided into two parts and a total of four sections. The Part A consist of questions from English, Numerical Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Analytical Skills, Reasoning, General Aptitude and General Knowledge. The Part B of CUCET syllabus 2023 for UG programmes will consist of four sections, Physics, chemistry, Biology and Mathematics.

CUCET Exam Pattern 2023

The candidates appearing for the entrance test must check the exam pattern of CUCET 2023 before kickstarting with their preparation. The entrance test of CUCET 2023 was conducted in offline mode.
