AFMC entrance exam is popularly known as Armed Forces Medical College MBBS entrance exam. Every year this medical entrance exam is  conducted by Armed Forces Medical College, Pune .

 

Documents Required for AFMC MBBS admission 2023

Candidates are required to keep certain documents handy when they report to the allotted institute to get their documents verified for AFMC MBBS 2023 admission. These have been listed below:

 

  • Passport size recent photograph

 

  • Class 10 mark sheet

 

  • Demand Draft of INR 250

 

  • Class 12 mark sheet

 

  • Registration Slip

 

  • Certificate from the last school which should state that the candidate was a regular student.

 

  • Category certificate, if applicable

 

  • NEET 2023 admit card

 

  • Medical fitness certificate

 

  • NEET 2023 scorecard

 

  • Certificate of extracurricular activity or Sports certificate with the level of representation.

 

 

 

AFMC MBBS 2023 Application Form

MCC had started the application form of AFMC MBBS admission on October 27, 2023. Eligible candidates had filled AFMC MBBS application form 2023 in online mode till November 2. Aspirants must note that AFMC 2023 admission is granted to candidates who successfully fill the application form. However, merely filling the application form of AFMC MBBS admission 2023 does not guarantee admission in the institute. The details to be entered in the application form has not been disclosed by the authorities due to security reasons. While filling the form candidates must keep the printout of NEET application form 2023with them for reference.

 

AFMC MBBS Merit List 2023

A day after the last date of registration for AFMC MBBS 2023 admission, AFMC, Pune has released AFMC MBBS merit list 2023 mentioning names of candidates called for AFMC MBBS admission screening test. As many as 980 boys and 235 girls have been shortlisted to appear for AFMC MBBS 2023 screening test. A link to download the list of aspirants for AFMC NEET admission 2023. The merit list of AFMC NEET 2023 also mentions the schedule for the screening test. After the screening test, AFMC, Pune will release the final AFMC MBBS merit list 2023, which will include the aspirants who will be eligible to report at the institute for admission to MBBS course.

AFMC MBBS Eligibility Criteria 2023

In order to be eligible to participate in the procedure for admission of AFMC MBBS admission aspirants have to fulfil the below mentioned eligibility criteria:

  • General - Candidates must be unmarried. Also the authorities will not allow candidates to marry before the completion of their course

  • Nationality - Candidates who are of Indian origin are eligible to apply for AFMC MBBS admission 2020. Also, candidates who receive eligibility certificate from the Ministry of Home Affairs are also eligible to apply

  • Medical fitness - Aspirants must fulfil the medical requirement as per Indian Army standards for AFMC MBBS 2020 admission. Some of these are mentioned below:

1. Aspirants must not have any disorder of disability

2. In case candidates are declared unfit they can appeal for it by paying a fee of ₹40

3. Minimum height and weight requirement for boys is 157.5 cms and 47 kgs respectively. The minimum height for Gorkhas, Nepalese, Assamese, and Garhwali is 152.5 cms.

4. Minimum height and weight requirement for girls is 144 cms and 36 kgs.

5. Examination of candidates will be on the basis of height, speech, sight, skin infections, hearing ability, etc for the admission of AFMC MBBS

  • Age - Candidates must complete 17 years of age by December 31, 2020. Also, they must not be more than 24 years of age

  • Educational qualification - The information bulletin of AFMC MBBS admission 2020 lists a number of criterias for educational qualification that must be fulfilled by candidates.

AFMC MBBS ToELR Exam Patten

Following will be the complete exam pattern for the AFMC ToELR 2023 Examination:

  • Exam Mode: The examination will be conducted through CBT (computer based test/ online) mode.
  • Questions Type: The Question paper will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) 
  • Total questions: There will be total 40 questions in the question paper.
  • Exam Duration: Total 30 minutes will be allotted to the candidates for solving the question paper.
  • Marking scheme: Each correct answer will be consist of 2 marks and 0.5 marks will be deducted on each wrong answer.

AFMC MBBS 2023 Application Form

Following are the complete details with some key instruction regarding the AFMC MBBS Application Form 2023:

  • AFMC, Pune has released the NEET Application form through online mode.
  • Candidates can fill the application form from the 6th April 2023.
  • The Application form has been released for eligible candidates only, so candidates must confirm their eligibility before filling the form.
  • Candidates have to fill the application form with authentic details only any alteration in the application form cause rejection of application form.
  • Application form must be submitted before the last date of submission as no candidates are allowed to submit the application form after that date.
  • Candidates must submit the application form before 20th May 2023.
  • Candidates should take the printout of filled application form and fee receipt for future references.

Application Fee:

AFMC MBBS 2023 Application Form can only be submitted through offline mode only. Candidates will have to submit Rs.250/- as application fee.
