The Vishweshwarayya Polytechnic, Almala Tq. Ausa, Dist. Latur (M.S. ). Institute has been started from academic year 2008-09 in Rural area, but institute is providing excellent educational service. In the last four year college earned the very good reputation in Marathwada as well as in Maharashtra State.

The institute Campus area is 15 acres featuring well equipped labs, Workshop, Drawing Hall, Seminar Hall, Library and Playground. It also features a Computer Lab with Leased Line Connection, Virtual Private Network and 24X7 reading room. The institute offers Five Courses in First Shift and two courses in Second Shift in different disciplines with a total intake of 435 students, since from Academic Year 2013-14, a total of 435 students taking a Technical education. The institute is providing platform for students in different competition such as State level Paper Presentation, Quiz Competition and Robotics for overall development of students.
