Shri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Sanstha was established in the year 1991 under patronage of ShriOmprakashji Chachda with the objective of bringing intellectual awakening and all round development of the people. Since then number of institutions have come up under its aegis in the urban and rural areas of Yavatmal district. Apart from the conventional courses the society has started the number of professional,vocational and job oriented courses. The society thus is not adding to the existing fund of knowledge but also meeting the special needs of younger generation. Under the leadership of Shri Omprakashji Chachda, a man of vision, foresight and dynamism, society has established various institutions within a very short span of time, which has achieved the highest pinnacle of academic glory.
