Fees:
Yearly Tution Fee: Rs. 33,000/- p.a. (for 1st year of MMS in academic year 2019-20) + Rs. 3,000/- one time refundable library deposit + S.P. Pune University eligibility fee as per the rules.
Lectures: Weekend lectures will be conducted at our IndSearch Bavdhan Campus on Saturdays and Sundays.

Certificate course:
1. Certificate Course in Banking
The course is designed for the new entrants as well as those who are already engaged in banking sector & wants to enhance their knowledge. The course will provide exposure to the issues in banking system. It includes recent development in Indian Financial System, its innovation, RBI, SEBI, IRDA etc. & their major functions.
The subjects includes History, Laws relating to Banking, Indian Financial System, Functions of Banks etc.
2. Certificate Course in Arbitration
Arbitration is often referred to as part of the new wave of ‘alternative’ dispute resolution techniques, such as mediation. It is one of the oldest forms of dispute resolution. There are many instances in which the right decisions can lead to an arbitral process which is optimal in meeting the needs of the parties.
The subjects include General provisions of Arbitration Law, Composition, Jurisdiction, Procedure & Termination, Arbitration Award & Execution etc.
3. Certificate course in Cyber Laws
In recent times the Cyber law has emerged as medium for growth with immense potentials for solving many new and interesting challenges. In the Information Technology three things are explicit (a) there is information (b) there is technology which carries or contains information and (c) there is a law which cumulatively deals with all these issues. In present scenario, cyber crimes are increasing rapidly. Hence, the need was felt for IT professionals, lawyers, Govt. servants as well as criminal investigation department to redress the issues relating to cyber crimes.
The subjects include Introduction of Computers & Web Technology, Constitutional & Human Rights Issues in Cyberspace, Cyber Crimes & Legal Framework, Cyber Torts etc.
4. Certificate course in Labour & Industrial Laws
The human resource department is the key department of any organization to regulate & comply with various provisions of different labour laws & industrial laws. Hence it becomes essential to understand thoroughly the provisions of various labour laws and industrial laws. Not only human resource department but the managers and work force employed in the organization shall understand the provisions of labour laws.
The subjects comprise of Laws relating to Industrial Relations, Wages and Monetary Benefits, Social Security & Safely Measures, Trade Unions, Labour welfare, Industrial Discipline etc.
5. Certificate course in Goods & Service Tax (GST)
GST is anindirect tax levied inIndia on the sale of goods and services. The tax came into effect from July 1, 2017. The tax replaced existing multiple cascading taxes levied by thecentral andstate governments. GST simplified a slew of indirect taxes with a unified tax and is therefore expected to dramatically reshape the country's economy. GST being a recent enactment enforced by Govt. of India, the need is felt for entrepreneurs, traders, businessmen and consultants to understand the practices & procedures regarding the compliances of this Act.
The subjects comprise of overview of Goods and Services Tax & Registration Procedure, Supply of Goods and Supply of Services, Valuation & Payment of GST, Input Tax Credit & Input Service Distributors, Overview of the IGST Act etc.

1. Advanced Certificate Course in Banking Practices & Procedures

The world is dependent on information and technology. Accordingly, the cyber crimes are also increasing heavily. Hence, the cyber security is a need of an hour.
The subjects include Cyber Law - International Perspectives, Intellectual Property Issues in Cyber Space, E-Commerce, Dispute Resolution in Cyberspace etc.
