Eligibility:
The eligibility of the student for joining the first year of this course shall be
-S.S.C(Std. X) + H.S.C(Std. XII) or two years full time or three years part time Govt. Diploma holder and entrance exam conducted by the institute. Can be from any stream(Science/Commerce/Arts).
Duration of the course - 3 Years (6 semesters)
The application form for the Entrance exam for the first-year admission to the B.VOC. Program will be available from the admin office at Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Architecture,Navi Mumbai.
Note: Attempting and passing the entrance exam does not entitle the candidate to securing admission to B. Voc. (Interior Design) program. Admission will be granted strictly as per Merit of performance in Entrance Examination by the candidate. A candidate is required to secure a non-zero positive score in entrance exam.
Necessary documents shall have to be produced at the time of admission.
Examination
The institute shall conduct the Entrance Exam as per the guidelines given by the University. The exam measures the aptitude of the applicant for the specific field of study, i.e. Interior Design. The attributes important to the field such as drawing and observation skills, sense of proportion and scale, aesthetic sensitivity and critical thinking ability as well as originality of the candidate is gaged through this test. The exam will assess the general aptitude of the applicant, and the institute does not encourage applicants to join any formal training for the same
