Tawde to MU Resolve BCom, CA exam clash

PUBLISH DATE 28th October 2017

State education minister Vinod Tawde has asked Mumbai University's vicechancellor and director (examinations and evaluation) to resolve the issue of commerce exam dates clashing with the chartered accountancy exam.

In a tweet on Thursday, Taw de instructed the university officials to reschedule the examination. The CA intermediate exam and final exams conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India are clashing with University's B Com and BAF exams in November. While the CA exam timetable was released much in advance, MU's schedule was announced later.

Acting vice-chancellor Devanand Shinde said they will resolve the issue in two days.
